Foreign nationals can obtain a residency visa by investing in real estate within Integrated Tourism Complexes (ITC) in Oman. The validity of the Resident Visa is 2 years, renewable.
GOLDEN VISA PROGRAM
Tier 1 (10-Year Visa)
OMR 500,000 investment in Real Estate
All the above types of residencies are renewable(subject to maintaining the investment) and can be extended to the first-degree family members. Residencies are issued upon completion of the property, issuance of the title deed, and subject to security clearance.
Tier 2 (5-Year Visa)
OMR 250,000 investment in Real Estate
During the construction period, A multiple-entry visa for the investor and his immediate family members can be issued post-unit purchase and execution of the SPA ( validity varies between 6-12 months and can be renewed)
