AIDA community is governed by the Owners’ Association (OA)—an elected board that sets budgets, service-charge levels, and community by-laws. Each owner holds one vote per unit to choose who represents them on this board.

How It Works
- Choose Your Preference ► Vote directly or upload a proxy form to authorize us to act on your behalf.
- OA Registration Completed ► Whether representing yourself or through proxy, registration with the Owners’ Association is handled seamlessly.
- Meeting Participation ► You can attend meetings yourself, or we’ll represent you and cast votes based on your instructions.
- Receive Quarterly Summary ► Get a clear, quarterly summary of outcomes and decisions made.
Important: OA elects representatives annually; proxy valid for one term unless renewed.
